Taking Action
Workforce Development Project
We aim to co-operate with one business in the travel and tourism industry and provide a youth training program to help under privilege individuals succeed. Recovering Opiate Addicts Project This is our new project this year. Currently, we are looking at our relationships in the community and are brainstorming unique ways to help these recovering addicts. Dunkirk High School Project Team members work to teach students about entrepreneurship and the opportunities they have to engage in it in their community. Additionally, the LIFE team helps these students organize community service projects, build resumes, obtain and keep internships and part-time jobs, tour and apply for colleges, understand personal finances and taxes. |
